About Eco Boat Rentals
Eco Boat Rentals is a fun pedal boat rental located in Point Loma. The company was founded after the realization that San Diego’s bay had a lot of plastic floating in the ocean. The owners desired a way to help keep our oceans clean so got a couple of kayaks and set out into the ocean to help clean it up.
What they discovered was that hunting for trash in the bay and cleaning it up was an enjoyable experience. Beyond helping to keep our sea litter-free, it’s a great work-out! It was then that they realized that they would love to share the opportunity with other people to have the same enjoyable experiences!

We got the opportunity to try out one of their pedal boats and had such a great afternoon. We definitely got a nice workout paddling around the harbor. I know we got a good workout because I was sore the next day. Success!
We ordered delicious crab sandwiches from a deli nearby and enjoyed them while cruising around. This is such a relaxing way to spend the afternoon without the actual expense of purchasing a boat!

We re-visited them in 2023 to go on their Pink Party Boat Cruise! This is a great way to party on the water whether its through a celebration or just wanting to have a good time with some friends!
They have karaoke, a cooler to store your perishables, cute hats and other props to wear and all with a captain steering the boat!
The ride is 2 hours on their luxury boat which will cruise you around the beautiful San Diego bay. The boat can carry up to 8 passengers.

🔸 What to know: Pink Boat has complete window enclosures that can go up or down depending on guests’ comfort. They can keep all the windows down on chilly days or in the evening and the boat stays insulated and warm.
