Hello everyone! This is a friendly reminder that any of these fun places we may visit, we are a guest at. Please treat both businesses and trails with the utmost respect. We here at Hidden San Diego follow the 'Leave no Trace' mantra, meaning whatever you bring with you comes back with you. If you see trash on a trail, please do your part to help remove it. Remember, we are not picking up trash from another person but instead cleaning up for Mother Nature. Happy adventures!

Located just off the Pacific Crest Trail lays an easy but breath-taking hike known as Foster Point! If you want to get a full-bodied Mt. Laguna experience without exploring all day, then this is the hike for you!
Within no time though you will be greeted with views that span across the Anza Borrego Desert and other peaks nearby such as Monument Peak. When you get to the end of the trail you will see a peak identifier installed by the Sierra Club.
This hike is quick and easy and an instant refreshment the second you come across those views. It is quite humbling to experience such vastness!
This is a very easy-to-miss trailhead. There is no marker so you really have to just go by coordinates and these photos to match up. It is right across the street from Horse Heaven Campground though, so that helps a bit!
There are two forks in the road you will encounter. The first one you must take the left fork. The second one take the right fork and look for the marker below on the left. The photo on the right is of the peak identifier.
First sneak peek of what’s to come!
Nothing beats relaxing and soaking in the vast beauty:
